NOVELTY - A coating comprises 42-46 wt.% terminal epoxy-modified alkyd resin, 0.56-0.84 wt.% polyether-modified polyorganosiloxane, 0.22-0.34 wt.% organosilicon, 1.42-1.88 wt.% polyether-modified silicone oil, 4.25-5.05 wt.% zinc stearate, 2.22-3.56 wt.% conductive zinc oxide, 0.64-1.35 wt.% superfine aluminum silicate, 0.56-0.85 wt.% nano graphene, 1.21-1.54 wt.% nano titania, 5.65-6.72 wt.% talc powder, 2.24-2.96 wt.% mica, and remaining mixed solvent. USE - Coating is used for reactor aluminum shells. ADVANTAGE - The coating has prolonged service life, and excellent corrosion resistance, adhesiveness, ductility, formability, heat-dissipating property, antibacterial property, flatness, smoothness, is environmentally-friendly, and can be sprayed without being wasted.
