▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene composite fluorine silicon sealant is prepared by mixing polysulfide component and vulcanizing agent in mass ratio of 100:0.3-100:0.5. The polysulfide comprises 100 pts. wt. liquid fluorocarbon silicone rubber, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. graphite, 100-200 pts. wt. carbonyl iron powder and 3-5 pts. wt. organic tin. The liquid fluorocarbon silicone rubber is hydroxyl-terminated liquid fluorocarbon silicone rubber with average molecular weight of 1000-6000 and viscosity of 3-40 Pa.s. The organic tin is dibutyltin diacetate and/or dibutyltin dilaurate. USE - Graphene composite fluorine silicon sealant. ADVANTAGE - The sealant has less than 2 GHz wave absorbing performance and operating temperature, and meets the use requirement of a supersonic cruising flight.
