▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing thermoplastic resin-based thermally conductive masterbatch comprises performing in-situ polymerization by mixing a thermal conductivity filler with a solution containing a thermoplastic resin monomer, and 300-800 pts. wt. thermal conductivity filler and based on 100 pts. wt. thermoplastic resin monomer. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing thermoplastic resin-based thermally conductive masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The thermoplastic resin has a low viscosity and high flowability compared to a thermoplastic resin; high content of thermally conductive filler, secures easy moldability, increases productivity, excellent price competitiveness, and thermal conductivity and has excellent heat dissipation properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for pellet-shaped heat dissipation composite material, comprising 30-60 wt.% extrudate of a thermoplastic resin-based thermally conductive masterbatch and 40-70 wt.% polymer resin prepared from any one melt-extruded through an extruder after mixing. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of a reactor for producing a thermoplastic resin-based thermally conductive masterbatch.
