NOVELTY - Preparing electric field auxiliary continuous surface exposure three-dimensional (3D) printed ordered complex material using printing device comprises (i) printing model including firstly introducing 3D graphics into slicing software in stereolithography file format, considering printing time, curable thickness of material, and accuracy requirements, slicing model in layers, making sliced data into video file and importing into digital light processing module, (ii) preparing complex material slurry by mixing specific proportion of resin and graphene, and performing vacuum defoaming, and (iii) firstly slowly immersing printing platform in slurry in electric field auxiliary continuous surface exposure 3D printing until distance between printing platform and complex oxygen-enriched film is slightly larger than uncured area formed between molded part and printing window, i.e. dead area thickness and using high-voltage power supply to apply electric field in designated direction as needed. USE - The method is useful for preparing electric field auxiliary continuous surface exposure 3D printed ordered complex material. ADVANTAGE - The method: realizes the continuous printing of graphene/resin complex materials, arranges the graphene sheets in an orderly manner under the auxiliary electric field to realize the printing of anisotropic/ordered complex materials; improves mechanical and electrical properties; and increases flexural strength and toughness of materials.
