NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-silicone rubber compound foam material involves dissolving silicone raw rubber in solvent, forming rubber solution, dispersing graphene in ethanol, preparing ethanol graphene dispersion, mixing ethanol graphene dispersion and rubber solution, obtaining composite material, adding white carbon black, structure control agent and vulcanizing agent, mixing, obtaining rubber material, pre-vulcanizing, molding, providing formed green component in a reactor for performing supercritical carbon dioxide foaming, depressurizing, and vulcanizing. USE - Preparation of graphene-silicone rubber compound foam material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-silicone rubber compound foam material involves dissolving 100 pts. wt. silicone raw rubber in 180-200 pts. wt. solvent, forming rubber solution, dispersing 1-5 pts. wt. graphene in 60-100 pts. wt. ethanol, preparing ethanol graphene dispersion, mixing ethanol graphene dispersion and rubber solution, ultrasonically processing at 50-60 degrees C, drying to remove solvent, obtaining composite material, mixing at 100-120 degrees C, adding 20-30 pts. wt. white carbon black and 5-8 pts. wt. structure control agent, continuously mixing for 15-20 minutes, removing volatile components in obtained mixture, cooling the mixture to room temperature, maintaining for 10-14 hours, adding 2-2.5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, mixing at room temperature for 15-30 minutes, obtaining rubber material, pre-vulcanizing at 120-125 degrees C for 6-12 minutes, molding, forming a green component, providing the green component in a reactor for performing supercritical carbon dioxide foaming, depressurizing, obtaining a pre-vulcanized foam material, and completely vulcanizing the pre-vulcanized foam material at 160-170 degrees C for 20-30 minutes and then at 200-210 degrees C for 2-3 hours. The structure control agent includes hydroxy silicone oil, diphenylsilandiol, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, methyltrimethoxysilane, bis(trimethylsilyl) amine, azide silane and/or 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane. The vulcanizing agent is dicumyl peroxide, 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di-t-butylperoxy silane or benzoyl peroxide.
