NOVELTY - Culture medium comprises 2-5 pts. wt. 5% platelet solution, 5-10 pts. wt. vitamin C, 10-15 pts. wt. high-sugar diethyl malonate, 3-6 pts. wt. salvianolic acid B, 1-3 pts. wt. nicotinamide, 1-2 pts. wt. pentagastrin, 3-6 pts. wt. promoter based on chitosan modification and 2-5 pts. wt. nano modifier. USE - Culture medium for inducing stem cells to secrete insulin. ADVANTAGE - The medium adopts a platelet solution, promotes insulin secretion of stem cells, performs synergistic effect, enhances the efficiency of inducing the stem cells to secrete insulin, and improves the culture efficiency of secreting insulin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a culture method for inducing the stem cells to secrete insulin according to the culture medium, which involves: (a) adding mixed solution of trypsin with concentration of 0.25% and collagenase with concentration of 0.1% into adipose tissue of diabetic, and oscillating at 35-39 °C with oscillation power of 200-300W for 10-20min; and (b) centrifuging again, and feeding the mixture into a culture medium for culture treatment, and finishing the culture.
