▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation method of nitrogen/bismuth ferrite-graphene composite material, which involves: i. adding graphite oxide to water and ultrasonically treating to obtain a graphite oxide suspension; ii. adding iron acetylacetonate, bismuth nitrate, citric acid and melamine to the graphite oxide suspension obtained in step 1, and magnetically stirring until uniform to obtain a precursor solution; and iii. transferring precursor solution obtained in step 2 to a reaction kettle, hydrothermally reacting at 160 degreesC for 20 hours, centrifuging, drying, and calcining after drying. USE - Preparation method of nitrogen/bismuth ferrite-graphene composite material used for photocatalyst preparation. ADVANTAGE - Preparation method of nitrogen/bismuth ferrite-graphene composite material utilizes the special property that graphene is a synthesized two-dimensional semiconductor with zero energy gap, which is beneficial to the transmission of photogenerated electrons of bismuth ferrite material on the surface of the composite, effectively suppresses the recombination of photogenerated electrons and holes of bismuth ferrite, and then improves the bismuth ferrite material visible light photocatalytic activity. In addition, the synthesis process of the preparation method of nitrogen/bismuth ferrite-graphene composite material is simple, the operation is convenient, the cost is low, and it is easy to realize industrial production. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows an scanning electron microscopeimage of the nitrogen/bismuth ferrite-graphene composite material.
