NOVELTY - The radar cover management device (100) comprises a graphene unit (130) that generates heat by a voltage under PWM control. A radar cover (140) is formed on the front surface of the graphene unit. A sensor unit (150) mounted at a predetermined position of the graphene unit detects adsorption of pollutants according to the vapor phase. A main control unit (160) controls the voltage to be applied to the graphene layer when the adsorption of the pollutant is detected. USE - Cover management device for radar used in ensuring autonomous vehicle driving safety through driving assistance or cruise control. ADVANTAGE - Pollutants caused by ice and snow or rain are quickly removed, securing reliability of a radar device.
