NOVELTY - Glycerol and deionized water are stirred, graphene is added, ultrasonically-treated, nickel salt solution, ethylenediamine and hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide are added, and stirred uniformly. Obtained solution is reacted and centrifuged. Obtained product is washed and dried. Obtained precursor sample is put in quartz boat, transferred to tubular furnace, inert gas is introduced to remove air inside tubular furnace, and processed to obtain flower-shaped porous nickel oxide/graphene composite material. The nickel salt solution contains nickel nitrate. USE - Preparation of flower-shaped porous nickel oxide/graphene composite material used for supercapacitor electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides flower-shaped porous nickel oxide/graphene composite material having favorable apparent conductivity and high surface area. The electrode material containing the composite material has high capacitance and cycle characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Glycerol and deionized water are taken in predetermined volume ratio, added to beaker, and stirred for 0.5 hour to obtain uniform solution. Then, 30-60 mg graphene is added to the uniform solution, ultrasonically-treated for 1-24 hours, such that graphene is dispersed completely, certain amount of nickel salt solution, precipitant and surfactant are added, stirred uniformly, obtained solution is added to reactor, reacted at 120-200 degrees C, constant temperature is maintained for 6-48 hours, centrifuged, obtained product is washed thrice using alcohol, water-washed thrice, and dried at 80 degrees C for 12 hours, to obtain precursor sample. The precursor sample is put in quartz boat, transferred to tubular furnace, inert gas is introduced at rate of 10-50 mL/minute to remove air inside the tubular furnace, and processed at 400-600 degrees C for 24 hours, to obtain flower-shaped porous nickel oxide/graphene composite material. The mass ratio of graphene and nickel salt solution is 1:12.5-1:16.7. The nickel salt solution contains nickel nitrate. The precipitant is ethylenediamine. The surfactant is hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide.
