▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Reinforced polyamide composition material comprises 400-560 pts. wt. PA66 (polyamide), 100-140 pts. wt. PA6, 300-500 pts. wt. continuous glass fiber, 5-15 pts. wt. modified graphene, 6-10 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-6 pts. wt. composition anti-hydrolytic agent, 3-5 pts. wt. composition light stabilizer, 4-8 pts. wt. lubricant, 5-15 pts. wt. metal oxide, 5-15 pts. wt. black master batch, where modified graphene is formed by pre-processing surface by sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and silane coupling agent. USE - Used as reinforced polyamide composition material. ADVANTAGE - The reinforced polyamide composition material has good rigidity and impact toughness, good weather resistance, good hydrolysis resistance, and injection molded surface has no glass fiber exposed, material can be molded by injection, has high production efficiency and product can be recycled after being crushed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing reinforced polyamide composition material, comprising (i) pre-treating graphene comprises adding graphite to a high speed mixer, adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and 0.5% silane coupling agent KH-560 for 1 wt.% graphene, mixing at 50-60 degrees C for 4-6 minutes; (ii) adding pretreated graphene and PA66, PA6, antioxidant, complex anti-hydrolysis agent, composition light stabilizer, lubricant, metal oxide and black masterbatch to high mixer, mixing at 40-60 degrees C for 3-5 minutes; and (iii) adding mixed material into a twin-screw extruder, pouring into impregnation equipment after melt-plasticization, introducing continuous glass fibers into impregnation equipment through inlet channels of impregnation equipment to alternately bypass groups of tension roller along broken line forward, evenly dispersing continuous glass fiber by the tension roller with molten resin and evenly dispersing continuous glass fiber by the tension roller, cooling, traction and cutting into a length of 6-25 mm graphene.
