▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength thermosetting resin hydrogel material comprises (i) dissolving phosphorus pentachloride powder in N,N dimethylformamide to obtain a colorless transparent or light yellow transparent clear solution, (ii) adding the benzoxazine monomer to the solution obtained in the step (i), and dissolving with the assistance of ultrasound to obtain a uniform solution, (iii) introducing the solution obtained in the step (ii) in an oven for solidifying the gel, and aging in the oven to obtain an organic solvent gel with good mechanical properties, and (iv) taking out the organic solvent gel obtained in the step (iii) from the mold, and completely immersing in tap water for solvent replacement. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-strength thermosetting resin hydrogel material, which is used as novel type of high-performance resin matrix in water environment. ADVANTAGE - The material: has high mechanical strength and high toughness; and can meets the needs of high-strength structural materials and structural and functional integrated materials suitable for water environments and wet environments.
