NOVELTY - The preparation of functionalized graphene absorbing material, involves (S1) dispersing graphene oxide in a solvent to prepare a solution with a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL, adding an appropriate amount of template agent and stirring (S2) transferring the mixed solution in (S1) to a water bath, slowly adding 2-5 mL titanium source at 40-60 degrees C, stirring for 5-8 hours and then centrifuging to obtain a titanium oxide-coated graphene oxide composite material, (S3) dispersing the composite material in (S2) again in deionized water, then adding appropriate amount of urea and cobalt nitrate, stirring for 5-10 minutes, transferring the mixture to a hydrothermal reactor, and keeping at 150-180 degrees C for 10-20 hours, and (S4) centrifuging the product in (S3) and calcining at 400-800 degrees C.
