USE - The high-impact resistant polypropylene composite material is useful for automobile bumper. ADVANTAGE - The polypropylene composite material has excellent impact resistance and tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high-impact resistant polypropylene composite material contains 90-110 pts. wt. polypropylene, 15-25 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate terpolyester containing 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol, 5-7 pts. wt. didodecyl ester, 7-9 pts. wt. liquid nitrile rubber, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 4-6 pts. wt. zirconium diboride, 2-3 pts. wt. tribasic lead sulfate, 6-10 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 6-8 pts. wt. dimethyl maleate, 5-8 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, 4-6 pts. wt. rosin ester, 4-5 pts. wt. waxworms, 9-11 pts. wt. epoxidized soybean oil, 8-10 pts. wt. glass fiber, 10-14 pts. wt. gypsum whisker, 6-9 pts. wt. strong alkali powder, 4-6 pts. wt. zinc molybdate, 7-9 pts. wt. antimony trioxide and 13-15 pts. wt. nanodiamonds.
