▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Pressure swing adsorption process involves separating raw gas at 600-700 degrees C and 150-300 MPa by two membrane separation devices with area of 25-50 m2, obtaining high-purity gas (A) discharged through an outlet valve, and exhaust gas (B), introducing gas (B) into adsorption tower through air inlet valve at the bottom, adsorbing gas (B) using adsorbent from bottom to top at 20-30 degrees C and 4-5 MPa, obtaining exhaust gas (C), reducing pressure to 0-0.001 MPa along the direction of raw gas output exhaust gas, discharging gas (C) from top of tower, then introducing into inlet valve of tower, increasing pressure to 4.5-6.5 MPa, re-adsorbing gas (C), obtaining exhaust gas (D), reducing pressure to 0-0.02 MPa along the direction of raw gas output exhaust gas, discharging gas (D) from top of tower to reduce pressure to 0.00-0.05 MPa along the direction of raw gas output exhaust gas, vacuuming the tower using vacuum device, obtaining gas (E), and boosting pressure of adsorption tower to 4-5 MPa.
