NOVELTY - The frame has a wheel pair provided with an axle and two wheels that are symmetrically arranged on the axle. Two side beams are arranged parallel to each other. A shaft box is arranged on the axle and located below the side beams for supporting the side beams. A series of suspension devices is arranged between the shaft box and the side beams. Two connecting seats are arranged in a middle unit of the side beams. A traction device is connected between the connecting seats. The traction device connects a vehicle body. A driving device is placed on a wheel pair for directly driving the axle to rotate. A braking device is connected with the connecting seat for clamping wheel during braking process, where a side beam is a carbon fiber beam and a glass fiber beam. USE - Steering frame for a rail vehicle (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The frame can reduce assembling difficulty of the rail vehicle.
