▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Cover plate (110) comprises a glass layer (111) having a first surface and a second surface, and transparent covering layer(s) (112) laminated with the glass layer, and disposed on and in contact with the first surface (111a) or the second surface (111b). The cover plate has a Young's modulus of 10-200 Gigapascals (GPa). The glass layer is an ultra-thin glass layer with a thickness of less than 100 microns. The transparent covering layers comprise polyimide (PI) or colorless (CPI), and are added with an inorganic mixture comprising graphene. USE - Cover plate for use in an electronic device, such as mobile phone. Can also be used for a tablet computer and a notebook computer. ADVANTAGE - The overall thickness of the cover plate and the formation of pores and unnecessary cracks during the bending process can not only be reduced, but also the surface performance (e.g., wear resistance and hardness) of cover plate can be effectively improved. The lack of the use of adhesive can simplify the manufacturing process, thus reducing manufacturing costs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) an electronic device, which comprises the cover plate, and a touch sensing layer disposed under the cover plate; and (2) a method of manufacturing a cover plate, which involves (a) coating a polymer material layer on at least one surface of a glass layer, and (b) drying the polymer material layer to form at least one transparent covering layer, where the glass layer and the at least one transparent covering layer form a cover plate having a Young's modulus of about 10-200 GPa.
