NOVELTY - Preparing green filler, comprises (1) adding modifier to silica slurry, the modifier uses bis(3-triethoxysilylpropyl) tetrasulfide, adding amount of white carbon black mass ratio of 2-5%, grinding for 15-40 minutes, taking out and cooling to obtain the modified white carbon black slurry, drying the modified white carbon black slurry in an oven at 60 degrees C; (2) dispersing the graphene raw powder in water, ultrasonically not less than 2 hours, preparing into graphene suspension with mass ratio of 0.02-0.2, adding rhodamine B to the graphene suspension, adding amount of rhodamine B is 2-5 times of graphene mass; the mixed sample ultrasonic is not less than 1 hour, obtaining rhodamine B modified graphene dispersion liquid; drying the dispersion liquid in an oven at 60 degrees C, preparing the modified graphene dry powder; and (3) mixing the modified silica dry powder and the modified graphene dry powder in the mass ratio of the modified silica dry powder to modified graphene dry powder is 10:1-30:1, and uniformly mixing. USE - The method is useful for preparing green filler. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the dispersibility of the filler, has simple preparation, is economical, and has no pollution.
