NOVELTY - Preparing antistatic agent involves mixing alkyl polyoxyethane oxypropanol and phosphorus pentoxide powder, heating reaction system to 65-70 degrees C, reacting for 2.5-3.5 hours, adding graphene oxide solution, heating to 75-85 degrees C, the reaction is continued for 9-12 hours to obtain an antistatic agent. USE - Method for preparing antistatic agent for spinning oil agent. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare antistatic agent which increase compatibility and permeability of spinning oil agent, improve smoothness and bundling property of the fiber, graphene having good electrical conductivity into molecular structure by a chemical reaction.
