▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene smoke adsorbent material, prepared by reducing graphene oxide with hydrazine hydrate, and adding graphene smoke adsorbing material to the cigarette filter tip. USE - The graphene smoke absorbing material is useful as additive for reducing harmful components, preferably benzo(a)pyrene, hydrogen cyanide, ammonia, crotonaldehyde, phenol and carbon monoxide in cigarette (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: has good adsorption effect, large specific surface area, stable regular hexagonal lattice structure and many chemical functional groups (e.g. carboxy and hydroxy groups), which can form hydrogen bonds with phenolic compounds; and reduces harmful effects. The method is simple, and has mild reaction condition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene smoke absorbing material, comprising (a) adding crystalline flake graphite into a reactor filled with hydrochloric acid-hydrofluoric acid mixed solution, stirring to react for 3-6 hours, separating solid and liquid, washing and drying the obtained solid to obtain a pre-treated graphite, using concentrated sulfuric acid containing phosphorus pentoxide and potassium persulfate to oxidize the pre- treated graphite at 50-80 degrees C, dehydrating, separating solid and liquid, washing and drying to obtain a pre-oxidized graphite, (b) orderly adding pre-oxidized graphite, sodium nitrate and potassium permanganate in concentrated sulfuric acid, placing at 30-50 degrees C, stirring to react for 5-9 hours, orderly using hydrochloric acid and deionized water to wash until the pH is 7, freezing and drying to obtain graphene oxide, weighing graphene oxide, adding water to dissolve, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain an oxidized graphene suspension, (c) adding aqueous ammonia to graphene oxide suspension to adjust the pH to 7-11, adding hydrazine hydrate into the graphene oxide suspension, stirring to react at 55-95 degrees C for 5-11 hours, orderly using de-ionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol to wash until the pH is neutral, and vacuum drying to obtain the graphene smoke absorbing material.
