NOVELTY - Method for continuously grinding and separating graphene by bubble type involves (i) preparing expanded graphite flakes, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium carboxylate, sodium cetyl sulfate and water into a slurry, adding the slurry to a vertical grinding device, stirring and grinding for 15-30 minutes, and (ii) continuously ventilating the bottom of the vertical grinding device, continuously stirring, grinding, adhering the graphene to the bubbles and peeling off from the grinding medium, forming foam with the graphene, where bubbles rise gradually, and foam overflows from the overflow hole, collecting the foam, washing with water and drying to obtain the graphene. USE - Method for continuously grinding and separating graphene by bubble type. ADVANTAGE - The method does not get easily separates after grinding, promotes the separation of graphene and graphite, and the obtained graphene has a low overlap rate and uniform distribution, and improves the grinding efficiency.
