NOVELTY - A biomass vertical graphene film is prepared by placing biomass onto substrate, loading into microwave generating plasma device, pumping hydrogen gas and inert gas, and reacting at 200 degrees C. USE - A method for preparing biomass vertical graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The method can rapidly produce high quality vertical graphene film at low temperature. The product has small number of layers, has high defect density, and suitable for supercapacitors with excellent electrode material and catalytic reactions.
