NOVELTY - Preparation of graded carbon fiber-graphene-based shell layered bionic electromagnetic shielding film involves preparing magnetic particles-modified graphene composite material (E), adding polyacrylamide and polyvinyl alcohol (P1) to deionized water, heating, adding short carbon fiber, forming rod-shaped carbon fiber overlapped net-like film, adding composite material (E) and polyvinyl alcohol (P2) to deionized water, heating, adding obtained mixed composition to rod-shaped carbon fiber overlapped net-like film, heating, and pressing in a mold to thickness of 0.1-1 mm. USE - Preparation of graded carbon fiber-graphene-based shell layered bionic electromagnetic shielding film (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graded carbon fiber-graphene-based shell layered bionic electromagnetic shielding film involves adding graphene oxide to deionized water (a), stirring, obtaining uniform dispersion of graphene oxide aqueous solution (A), adding glucose and 25-28 %mass aqueous ammonia solution to the solution (A), stirring, obtaining mixed solution (B), adding sodium hydroxide and iron chloride tetrahydrate to a mixed solution of deionized water (b) and ethanol, stirring, obtaining mixed solution (C), adding mixed solution (C) to the mixed solution (B), ultrasonically mixing, adding obtained mixed solution (D) to a reactor, heating at 120-200 degrees C for 4-12 hours, washing obtained black viscous product with deionized water and ethanol to remove salt and other residue, obtaining magnetic particles-modified graphene composite material (E), adding polyacrylamide and polyvinyl alcohol (P1) to deionized water (c), heating, adding short carbon fiber having length of 5-20 mm, forming rod-shaped carbon fiber overlapped net-like film, adding composite material (E) and polyvinyl alcohol (P2) to deionized water (d), heating at 85-90 degrees C for 12-24 hours, adding obtained mixed composition to rod-shaped carbon fiber overlapped net-like film, heating to 40-60 degrees C until water is evaporated, and pressing in a mold to thickness of 0.1-1 mm.
