NOVELTY - Thermal conductive graphite film comprises 90-99.7 wt.% graphene micro sheet and 0.3-10 wt.% inorganic adhesive. USE - Used as a thermal conductive graphite film. ADVANTAGE - The method: requires less equipment; has simple rolling process; and produce less air-gapped graphite film having uniform density and high thermal conductivity in both parallel and perpendicular direction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphite film, comprising adding aqueous inorganic adhesive into graphene micro sheet for wetting, mixing and stirring uniformly, rolling the mixed wet material via rolling device and drying.
