▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves adding a stannous chloride to deionized water to perform hydrolysis reaction. A stannous chloride suspension liquid is obtained. A graphene solution is added in an aluminum oxide ceramic chip and a metal electrode. The graphene is removed from solution. A graphene layer is fixed between electrodes. The aluminum oxide ceramic chip is fixed in the stannous chloride suspension liquid. The stannous chloride suspension liquid is removed from the aluminum oxide ceramic chip by rear treatment process. A sensor based a tin functionalized graphite is obtained. USE - Sensor based tin dioxide functional graphene preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables providing large-scale production process in a simple manner with low cost and nanometer tin dioxide in a uniform size. The method enables controlling benzene gas by different concentration process in a real time, detecting benzene in a quick and an accurate manner and providing low detection limit with high sensitivity. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view illustrating a sensor based tin dioxide functional graphene preparation method.
