NOVELTY - A polyaniline-coated graphene microspheres comprise 10-13 pts. wt. graphene, 4-6 pts. wt. glycidyl methacrylate, 5-8 pts. wt. chitosan, 160-200 pts. wt. aniline, 4-6 pts. wt. ammonium sulfate, 0.01-0.02 pt. wt. triethylamine, 2-3 pts. wt. p-nitrobenzoic acid and 0.1-0.12 pt. wt. catalyst. USE - Polyaniline-coated graphene microspheres. ADVANTAGE - The polyaniline-coated graphene microspheres have excellent electrical conductivity, mechanical stability and comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of polyaniline-coated graphene microspheres, which involves weighing raw materials and then mixing, stirring the mixture and then distilling, filtering the mixture and then heating, reacting the mixture and then heating, discharging the mixture and cooling.
