▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves dissolving degradable high polymer material in an organic solvent, adding graphene nano sheets, uniformly stirring, and volatilizing the solvent to obtain a uniformly dispersed composite material. A micro-nano groove structure is constructed on a surface of a smooth composite film by using a micro-embossing technology through heating treatment. A composite membrane is soaked with the micro-nano groove structure obtained in dopamine hydrochloride solution for oscillation reaction such that polydopamine coating is constructed on the surface of the composite membrane, and the conductive nerve repair stent with the micro-nano groove structure is obtained. USE - Method for preparing a groove-shaped biodegradable bracket with conductive function for bone repair, nerve repair and skin repairing processes. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the biodegradable bracket with good orientation shape with conductive function through micro-imprint technology. The bracket has good mechanical performance, conductive performance and biological safety.
