NOVELTY - Preparing thermally conductive insulating composite material comprises (1) uniformly coating the thermally conductive silicone rubber on one side or both sides of the insulating film, and (2) baking the insulating film coated with thermally conductive silicone rubber in the step (1) and winding to obtain the thermally conductive insulating composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing thermally conductive insulating composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: simplifies the operation steps; improves the production efficiency; reduces unnecessary waste; reduces the cost; and is convenient for automated production and use by customers. The thermally conductive insulating composite material: has small thickness, small thickness tolerance, high surface flatness, uniform performance and no need for protection by protective film, and excellent thermal conductivity; the thermal conductivity is greater than 1 w/mk; the dielectric strength is greater than 4 kv/mil; and can still maintain excellent thermal conductivity and insulation in high temperature environments with excellent product stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for thermally conductive insulating composite material obtained by the above preparation method, comprising insulating film layer and thermally conductive silicone rubber layer coated on one side or both sides of the insulating layer.
