▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Heavy metal wastewater processing porous material comprises 23-32 pts. wt. sea-green stone, 15-21 pts. wt. chitosan, 13-18 pts. wt. sodium-based bentonite, 8-15 pts. wt. pore-forming agent, 4-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 2-9 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide. USE - The material is useful for treating wastewater, preferably for adsorbing and removing the lead and copper in the heavy metal wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: has good strength of the matrix; generates numerous pores to ensure the requirements of porosity; obtains a self-supporting structure to meet the requirements of renewable utilization and has excellent adsorption and removal effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the heavy metal wastewater treatment porous material comprising (1) mixing the sodium hydroxide with distilled water to obtain sodium hydroxide solution, (2) placing the sea-green stone, deacetylated chitin and sodium-based bentonite respectively in crusher for crushing, sieving with 400-mesh sieve to obtain the sea-green stone powder, deacetylated chitin powder and sodium-based bentonite powder, (3) weighing sea-green stone powder, deacetylated chitin powder and sodium-based bentonite powder, adding into the sodium hydroxide solution, stirring to fully mixing, allowing to stand and layering, (4) removing the supernatant, washing the lower layer precipitate with distilled water, (5) mixing the washed precipitate with distilled water, adding graphene oxide, stirring to fully mixing, filtering by vacuum to obtain filter residue, (6) vacuum drying the filter residue, grinding into powder, adding pore-forming agent, mixing uniformly to obtain the powder, (7) placing the powder into the mold, pressing and forming by Cold isostatic pressing (CIP) to obtain the hollow tubular blank and (8) pressing the blank in the vacuum sintering furnace, sintering for 1-3 hours at 650degrees Celsius to obtain the heavy metal wastewater processing porous material.
