NOVELTY - Graphene modified acrylic bisphenol F type epoxy emulsion is composed of 10-15 wt.% bisphenol F type epoxy resin, 8-20 wt.% methacrylic acid, 3-5.5 wt.% styrene, 4-9 wt.% butyl acrylate, 0.4-1 wt.% tertiary butyl alcohol peroxide, 0.4-1 wt.% N-methylol acrylamide, 2 wt.% 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol-95, 50-60 wt.% water, and 0.5-2 wt.% modified graphene mixture. USE - Graphene modified acrylic bisphenol F type epoxy emulsion. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified acrylic bisphenol F type epoxy emulsion has good film-forming performance, excellent physical mechanical performance, and has improved flexibility, water resistance, alkali resistance, salt fog resistance, and the preparation cost is low, which is good for market popularization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene modified acrylic bisphenol F type epoxy emulsion, which involves preparing graft copolymer by adding ethacrylic acid, butyl acrylate, styrene and tertiary butyl alcohol peroxide into the reaction container, mixing uniformly and protecting by nitrogen, stirring and dissolving for 10 to 15 min, discharging, obtaining graft copolymer, adding bisphenol F type epoxy resin into the reaction kettle, mixing uniformly, raising the temperature to 80degrees Celsius, after dissolving completely, uniformly dropping the graft copolymer obtained n 30 min, keeping the temperature and reacting for 120-150 min, preparing modified graphene mixing agent, after finishing the heat preservation reaction, reducing the temperature to 51-52degrees Celsius, uniformly dripping the modified graphene mixing agent in 10 min, reaction kettle to 0.3Mpa, preserving temperature and reacting for 90-120min, after the reaction is completed, reducing the temperature to below 35degrees Celsius, using AMP-95 to neutralize the pH value to 7-8, stirring at 500 ~ 600rpm high speed, adding water to emulsify, filtering and discharging to obtain the graphene modified acrylic bisphenol F type epoxy emulsion.
