NOVELTY - Acrylic plate comprises 0.5-0.8 wt.% methyl cyanoformate, 0.08-0.15 wt.% azobisisobutyronitrile, 1.5-3 wt.% chloromethyl acetate, 1.5-2 wt.% dimethacrylate diethanol, 2-3 wt.% fluorite powder, 1-2 wt.% nanocalcium carbonate, 2-3 wt.% nano graphene, 10-12 wt.% nano silicon carbide, 0.5-1 wt.% maleic anhydride, 2-5 wt.% isooctyl ester, 0.8-1.5 wt.% trimethoxysilane, 0.6-1.5 wt.% stearic acid, 10-20 wt.% nano glass fiber, 3-5 wt.% leveling agent, and 100 wt.% methyl methacrylate monomer. USE - Acrylic plate. ADVANTAGE - The acrylic plate has high-transparent, high-strength, good transparency and the relative density, has good electrical insulation and mechanical strength, as well as excellent secondary processing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a acrylic plate, which involves: (A) adding methyl cyanoformate, methyl chloromethyl acetate, diethanol dimethacrylate, azobisisobutyronitrile, isooctyl ester, and methyl methacrylate monomers into the reactor; (B) heating, keeping the temperature at 100-110 degrees C, increasing the pressure-1MPA, and stirring for 1-2 hours; (C) adding fluorite powder, nano calcium carbonate, nano graphene, nano silicon carbide, maleic anhydride, trimethoxysilane, stearic acid, nano glass fiber, and leveling agent into the reactor; (D) stirring continuously for at least 2 hours at 150-160 degrees C and 3-5 megapaacal (MPa) pressure; (E) pumping it into a degassing tank for vacuum degassing; (F) injecting the cooled liquid polymethyl methacrylate into the mold; (G) placing the fixed mold into a pool of 40 plus minus 5 degrees C for curing, the polymerization time in water bath is 3-4 days. After the polymerization is completed, it is heating to 100 degrees C by steam-harden the surface of the board and keeping it for at least 12 hours; and (H) injecting cold water to cool down at 30 plus minus 2 degrees C, and demould after the surface of the plate is hardened.
