NOVELTY - A nano-coating comprises 15-30 pts. wt. polymer emulsion, 7-10 pts. wt. hyperbranched polyester alkyd resin, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-8 pts. wt. cationic block copolymer, 10-25 pts. wt. ethylene glycol butyl ether, 1-2 pts. wt. iron oxide nanoparticles, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. carbonyl iron, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. lanthanum oxide nanoparticles, 1-3 pts. wt. silica gel, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. wetting and dispersing agent, 21-25 pts. wt. heavy calcium carbonate and 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. defoamers. USE - Nano-coating for metal shielding material. ADVANTAGE - The nano-coating has excellent water resistance, scrub resistance and electromagnetic radiation resistance.
