NOVELTY - Flexible type fabric sensor structure is obtained by weaving a mixed conductive yarn by a 1+1 rib structure. The mixed conductivity yarn is obtained by 6 pieces of graphene fiber filament and 8 pieces of polyester fiber filament yarn and a line. The conductive knitted fabric is made of conductive fiber yarns. USE - Flexible type fabric sensor structure for intelligent clothes. ADVANTAGE - The selection of the knitting structure and the knitting density design overcomes the defect of the weft knitted fabric and the rib fabric on the sensing performance, so as to solve the technical problem that the existing flexible fabric sensor structure cannot have good response sensitivity and response stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing flexible fabric sensor structure, which involves doubling six graphene fiber filaments and eight polyester fiber filaments to obtain a mixed conductive yarn and weaving the mixed conductive yarn by adopting a one plus one rib structure.
