ADVANTAGE - The lithium ion battery negative electrode material has high electroconductivity, and the lithium ion battery has improved input-output characteristics because the aggregate of graphene is obtained without passing through material containing a graphene laminated body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for lithium ion battery which uses graphene aggregate of for negative electrode material.
