NOVELTY - Thermal insulation polyurethane foam material comprises 45-60 pts. wt. polyurethane, 6-11 pts. wt. graphene powder, 2-7 pts. wt. calcium metasilicate, 6-10 pts. wt. polyepoxysuccinic acid, 6-10 pts. wt. triethylenetetramine, 5-8 pts. wt. titanium diboride, 3-6 pts. wt. Portland cement, 2-7 pts. wt. isopropyl parahydroxybenzoate, 1-5 pts. wt. brominated flame retardants, 1-5 pts. wt. sodium silicate and 3-8 pts. wt. foaming agent. USE - Used as thermal insulation polyurethane foam material. ADVANTAGE - The foam material has good mechanical properties and buffering properties. The method is simple, and is suitable for industrialized production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the foam material, comprising (i) mixing triethylenetetramine, sodium silicate and portland cement, adding 2-4 times water of the mixture, and stirring well to obtain mixture one, (ii) mixing polyurethane, graphene powder, calcium metasilicate and nano-sized titanium diboride, and mixing and stirring at 170-180 degrees C for 20-40 minutes to obtain mixture two, (iii) mixing polyepoxysuccinic acid and isopropyl p-hydroxybenzoate with the mixture, and stirring at 50-65 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain mixture three, and (iv) mixing the bromine flame retardant, mixture two and mixture three, mixing and stirring at 170-180 degrees C for 15-30 minutes, placing in the extruder, and passing the foaming agent through the extruder barrel, and the metering pump is at the gas injection port on the top is fed into the mixture in the extruder and mixed evenly in the extruder, reducing the temperature between the foaming agent injection port and the exit of the machine head, controlling the melt temperature at the machine head to be 160-170 degrees C, and the melt pressure at the machine head is not less than 10 MPa, extruding the foaming agent-containing mixture through a mold, cooling and shaping to obtain a thermal insulation polyurethane foam material.
