NOVELTY - The device (100) has electrolyte (120) that is arranged in contact with graphene electrode (110). A pseudocapacitance is formed by surface layer deposition of a chemical entity on the primary electrolyte. The pseudocapacitance is accompanied by a charge transfer at graphene electrode. The chemical entity is comprised of noble metal. The electrolyte is made of from sodium sodium chloropalladate(II), and lithium perchlorate. USE - Graphene integrated energy storage device used in computing device e.g. personal computer of electronic system. Can also be used in computing device e.g. cell phone, personal data assistant, personal media player device, wireless web-watch device, personal headset device, application specific device, hybrid device. ADVANTAGE - The pseudocapacitance is provided between the primary and secondary electrodes to provide higher capacitance, energy storage and power storage for energy storage device.
