NOVELTY - Fuel oxidation desulfurization catalyst is graphene oxide supported choline phosphotungstate. USE - Fuel oxidation desulfurization catalyst used for fuel oxidation desulfurization to obtain desulfurized oil product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fuel oxidation desulfurization catalyst has simple preparation, greatly reduced dosage and good catalytic oxidation desulfurization, reduces the dibenzothiophene sulfide, which is difficult to remove in fuel, is insoluble in extracting agent and easy to recover, increases the utilization rate of oxidant and reduces the industrial application cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of the fuel oxidation desulfurization catalyst comprising mixing graphene oxide solution with choline phosphotungstate solution and reacting; and (2) fuel oxidation desulfurization comprising mixing and reacting fuel, oxidant, extracting agent and the fuel oil oxidation desulfurization catalyst, standing and layering, and obtaining the upper layer solution as desulfurized oil product.
