NOVELTY - Environmentally friendly vulcanized silicone rubber comprises 50-200 pts. wt. base silica gel, 30-60 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, 30-300 pts. wt. functional enhancer, 5-20 pts. wt. environmentally friendly adhesive and 5-10 pts. wt. crosslinking agent. USE - The environmentally friendly vulcanized silicone rubber is useful for electronic component fixation, and manufacturing computer power supplies, automobile lamp and waterproof lamp (claimed), and also useful for manufacturing electronic appliance, illumination lamp, mechanical and LED. ADVANTAGE - The vulcanizing silicone rubber meets latest environmentally friendly requirement of ROHS, has no corrosion to the base material, has fast curing, high bonding, high heat-conducting, high flame-retardant property, and is used for a long time under the condition of -50-200degrees Celsius. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing environmentally friendly vulcanized silicone rubber for useful for electronic component fixation, comprising (1) adding 50-200 pts. wt. base silica gel with a viscosity of 1500-20000 mPaasteriskseconds, 30-60 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, 30-300 pts. wt. functional enhancer into the vacuum kneader, mixing and stirring at 50-100degrees Celsius at a rate of 80-100 revolutions/minute for 0.5-1 hours to obtain mixture, (2) heating the temperature in the vacuum kneader to 100-150degrees Celsius, thermally insulating, continuously stirring the mixture under a vacuum of 0.08-1MPa, vacuum defoaming for 1-4 hours, cooling the mixture to normal temperature, transferring the cooled mixture to vacuum planetary mixer, adding 5-20 pts. wt. environmentally friendly adhesive and 5-10 pts. wt. crosslinking agents, stirring at 150-180degrees Celsius, 0.08-1MPa vacuum for 0.5-2 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain product, (3) removing the vacuum, checking whether the product is qualified, and discharging, and (4) transferring the product to a dispenser, packaging the product in 100-2600 ml packaging tube to obtain finished product, storing in a cool, ventilating and dry placing with temperature not less than 25degrees Celsius.
