▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Liquid phase hydrogenation catalyst comprises graphene modified alumina carrier, sulfurized hydrogenation active metal component and oxidized hydrogenation active metal component, where the sulfurized hydrogenation active metal component is molybdenum disulfide and/or tungsten disulfide, and the oxidized hydrogenation active metal component is nickel oxide and/or cobaltous oxide, where the content of molybdenum disulfide and/or tungsten disulfide is 1.5-20 wt.%, the content of nickel oxide and/or cobaltous oxide is 1-15 wt.%, the graphene modified alumina carrier is 65-97.5 wt.%, and based on the weight of the graphene-modified alumina carrier, the graphene content is 2-20 wt.%, and the alumina content is 80-98 wt.%. USE - The liquid phase hydrogenation catalyst is useful in oil liquid phase hydrorefining (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing liquid phase hydrogenation catalyst comprising (1) mixing pseudo-boehmite precursor slurry, graphene and organic alcohol uniformly to obtain slurry A, (2) adding silane coupling agent into obtained slurry A to mixing uniformly, adjusting pH of the slurry to be 7.5-11 to obtain the slurry B, (3) aging obtained slurry B under pressure, after aging, removing water by filtering material, adding organic amine and silane coupling agent to knead the plastic body, forming, drying, and calcining under inert atmosphere to obtain graphene modified alumina carrier, (4) soaking molybdenum salt and/or tungsten salt immersing liquid into the carrier, drying, and vulcanizing to obtain catalyst precursor, and (5) immersing catalyst precursor with nickel salt and/or cobalt salt dipping liquid, then drying under inert atmosphere, and calcining to obtain liquid phase hydrogenation catalyst.
