▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of pipeline heavy anticorrosion polyurea protective material involves heating (i) 40-50 pts. wt. polyester polyol or polyether polyol at 100-120 degrees C in an inert environment, dehydrating under vacuum negative pressure, cooling to 50-60 degrees C, adding 50-60 pts. wt. isocyanate, reacting at 80-90 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain a semi-prepolymer (A) comprising 15-20% isocyanate (NCO), adding (ii) 40-70 pts. wt. graphene-modified amino-terminated polyether and 10-50 pts. wt. chain extender, uniformly mixing at 25-85 degrees C, adding 1-10 pts. wt. additive, and uniformly stirring to obtain a component (B), and mixing (iii) the component (A) and component (B) in a volume ratio of 1:1. USE - Preparation of pipeline heavy anticorrosion polyurea protective material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables pipeline heavy anticorrosion polyurea protective material having excellent adhesiveness of 12 MPa or more, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance. The polyurea protective material has reduced weight of less than 4 wt.% after drying, and resistivity of less than 108 ( Omega )m2.
