▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The method for preparing carboxymethyl chitosan/graphene/polyacrylamide composite hydrogel, involves adding carboxymethyl chitosan to graphene-enriched solution, stirring, adding acrylamide monomer to obtain carboxymethyl chitosan/graphene/acrylamide dispersion, stirring under ice water bath conditions, adding initiator solution and accelerating agent to dispersion, stirring to obtain mixed solution, placing the mixed solution in vessel, vacuuming, introducing nitrogen and sealing at room temperature to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing carboxymethyl chitosan/graphene/polyacrylamide composite hydrogel for use as artificial skin and ligament. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of carboxymethyl chitosan/graphene/polyacrylamide composite hydrogel with excellent biocompatibility, improved mechanical properties and excellent toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing carboxymethyl chitosan/graphene/polyacrylamide composite hydrogel, involves adding carboxymethyl chitosan to graphene-enriched solution, stirring, adding acrylamide monomer, stirring to obtain carboxymethyl chitosan/graphene/acrylamide dispersion, stirring under ice water bath conditions, adding initiator solution and accelerating agent to dispersion, stirring to obtain mixed solution, placing the mixed solution in vessel, vacuuming, introducing nitrogen and sealing at room temperature for 8-12 hours to obtain carboxymethyl chitosan/graphene/polyacrylamide composite hydrogel.
