NOVELTY - The control chip has an electrode structure layer (200) that is provided includes upper layer and lower layer of a flow channel structure layer (100). A flow channel (105) is arranged at the center of the flow structure layer. An inlet (102) and outlet (107) are provided at two ends of flow channel. A first electrode hole (101), a second electrode hole (103), a third electrode hole (106) and a fourth electrode hole (108) are connected with the flow passage. The electrode structure layer is provided with a planar electrode (201) containing three-dimensional porous graphene layer (202). USE - Three-dimensional porous graphene micro flow control chip. ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional porous graphene integrates electrochemical micro-fluidic chip detection, biosensor and micro-fluidic technology, wide detection range, multiple functions, high sensitivity, low manufacturing cost, small volume and can satisfy the use requirement of environment monitoring, disease diagnosis, biological identification, used as a portable environmental pollution detection tool, easy integration of medical diagnostic equipment.
