NOVELTY - An electrolytic solution comprises nickel ion, aqueous solution of borate ion, and additive. The additive is used for promoting the stripping of the electroplating layer. The concentration range of the nickel ion is 0.01-10 mol/l, the concentration of the borate ion is 1-4 mol/l. The substrate comprises carbon felt, carbon paper, carbon cloth, graphite felt, graphene film, graphene net, carbon nano-tube film, carbon nanotube paper, conductive active carbon film, mesoporous carbon film and conductive graphite plate. USE - The electrolytic solution is useful for metal nickel plating layer. ADVANTAGE - The electrolyte exhibits a high coulomb efficiency, can be utilized for electrochemical reverse plating after plating completely, recovers electrolyte by initial state, exhibits a height of the reversible, can be recycled, greatly saves the use cost, and broadens the electrochemical reaction mechanism of the aqueous battery.
