▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The film comprises a carbon layer (130) arranged on a metallic board (110), where thickness of the metallic board is 2.5-10 nm. The carbon layer is made up of graphene. The metallic board is made up of aluminum, copper or iron material. USE - High-heat radiation thin film for use as a heat radiation material for an electronic device and a vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The carbon layer is arranged on the metallic board and made up of graphene so as to improve thermal conductivity of the film. The film can be simply manufactured through heat-treating of a back-up carbon layer, so that manufacturing process of the film is streamlined, and manufacturing cost of the film is reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a high-heat radiation thin film.
