NOVELTY - High-strength ceramic composite steel pipe comprises a steel pipe layer (1), a transition layer (2) and a corundum layer (3). The transition layer is located in the inner wall of the inner side of the steel pipe layer. The corundum layer is positioned in the transition layer. The steel pipe layers are connected to each other by hot-melt connection. USE - The composite steel pipe is useful in electric power, chemical industry and metallurgy industries. Can also be used in self-propagating high temperature synthesis (SHS) technology. ADVANTAGE - The composite steel pipe: has high strength; prevents the temperature from over-high burning aluminum; promotes the complete reaction; reduces the temperature of the system when the corundum layer is formed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for processing technology of a high-strength ceramic composite steel pipe.
