NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene fibers comprises (i) high-speed mixing polyester polyester chips and devalence electron modified graphene, obtaining the graphene-polyester polyester composite masterbatch through melt blending, extruding and granulating, and (ii) spinning the graphene-polyester composite masterbatch. USE - The modified graphene fibers is useful in producing fabric. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene fiber has low-temperature far-infrared, improving human microcirculation, antibacterial, anti-mite, anti-static, anti-ultraviolet, good hygroscopicity, elasticity and wrinkle resistance, soft touch, comfortable to use, especially suitable for making home textiles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for:' Modified graphene fibers prepared by the above method; Modified graphene of the bale core yarn, comprising a core wire and a coated fiber, and core filament comprises modified graphene; and Manufacturing modified graphene fiber core-spun yarn, comprising a carding step, a drawing step, a roving step and a spinning step, where the cotton fiber is opened and cleaned to make a cotton lap, and the cotton lap is carded and cleaned to make a raw sliver, the raw sliver is merged and drafted to make a mature sliver, the cooked sliver is drawn and twisted to make a roving, the core yarn is added from the front top roller and spun into a spun yarn, the core filaments include modified graphene fibers, or, the core filaments include modified graphene fibers and spandex filaments.
