NOVELTY - The detector has a photo-detector main body provided with a reduction-oxidation graphene film i.e. substrate and evaporated metal and a surface electrode i.e. interdigital electrode. The reduction-oxidation graphene film is connected with the surface electrode in a symmetrical manner. The reduction-oxidation graphene film is fixed on an ultrasonic cleaning glass substrate. The reduction-oxidation graphene film is coated with Graphene Oxide material. The evaporated metal is selected as copper. USE - Reduction-type graphene oxidation film photoelectric detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector is simple in structure, and improves light absorption rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a reduction-type graphene oxidation film photoelectric detector manufacturing method.
