NOVELTY - A rubber material comprises 75-90 pts. wt., preferably 80 pts. wt., more preferably 75 pts. wt. natural rubber, 10-25 pts. wt., preferably 20 pts. wt., more preferably 25 pts. wt. epoxidized natural rubber, 40-60 pts. wt., preferably 50 pts. wt., more preferably 40 pts. wt. carbon black filler, 5-20 pts. wt., preferably 10 pts. wt., more preferably 20 pts. wt. white carbon black, 3-10 pts. wt., preferably 6 pts. wt., more preferably 10 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. softener, 2 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-2 pts. wt., preferably 2 pts. wt. anti-vulcanization reversion agent, 2-3 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. tear-resistant resin, 2-3 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. high styrene resin (HS-80) heat stabilizer, 4.5 pts. wt. antiaging agent, 3.75-5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, and 1.5 pts. wt. vulcanization accelerator. USE - Rubber material for aviation tire treads. ADVANTAGE - The rubber material composition is simple, easily available, easy to manufacture and implement, has improved tensile strength, increased antistatic performance and wear resistance, improves tire safety, and extends the service life of aviation tires. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the rubber material, which involves, adding natural rubber, epoxidized natural rubber, carbon black filler, graphene to internal mixer at speed of 50 rpm, adding softener after 60 seconds of mixing, adding stearic acid after 120 seconds of mixing, grinding vulcanizing agent and other additives and vulcanization accelerator for 170 seconds, lifting the plug, pressing the plug to 240 seconds, discharging to obtain masterbatch, adding masterbatch into mixer for 30 seconds, adding vulcanizing agent and vulcanization accelerator, mixing for 70 seconds, lifting the plug, pressing the plug after 120 seconds of mixing, and discharging the material. The temperature of the rubber is controlled to below 105 degrees C.
