NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-thin graphene powder involves using graphite rod as working electrode, adding DC voltage to the electrolyte, electrolyzing for a period of time, and then going through solid-liquid separation, ultrasonic dispersion, washing, and drying to obtain a graphene precursor, dissolving the graphene precursor obtained in a solvent, placing the resulting solution in an ultrasonic cleaner and sonicate, and then filtering the ultrasonically treated solution with suction, and filtering out the solid into an autoclave, pumping carbon dioxide into the autoclave after the temperature in the autoclave reaches the preset value, and subjecting to supercritical treatment for a period of time after the pressure in the autoclave reaches the preset value, subjecting to rapid depressurization, reducing the pressure in the kettle to normal pressure, and repeating the centrifugal washing and drying of the obtained product to prepare ultra-thin graphene powder.
