NOVELTY - The structure has a first layer (110), a second layer (120) and a third layer (130), in which the first layer and the third layer each form one of two dee-trodes and comprise pyrolysed carbon nanomembranes or layers of graphene, and the second layer is a dielectric comprising car-bon nanomembranes. The first layer or the third layer has a thickness of 0.3 to 20 nm. The carbon nanomembrane of the second layer has a thickness of 1 to 2 nm and the total thickness of the second layer is 1 to 50 nm. USE - Multilayer structure of capacitor (claimed) used for applications in field of mobile communications. ADVANTAGE - The capacitance is even smaller when more than one multilayer structure is layered on top of one another. The method of manufacture of multilayer structure ensures that short circuits of the multi- layer structure is avoided despite the use of ultrathin layers, because the electrode layers are formed by two-dimensional materials, which are transferred as a whole, thus cover pinholes and small defects in the dielectric layer like a blanket.
