NOVELTY - Device comprises multiple optical devices, which irradiate light on a disc divided into multiple areas and form a layer on surface of graphite oxide, and a control unit for controlling movement and optical properties of the optical device. USE - The device is useful for manufacturing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device is suitable for economical and mass production of high-quality graphene, which has high stability, capacitance of 276 F/g (when compared with theoretical maximum capacitance of 550 F/g), power density and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing graphene, comprising controlling (110) light irradiation position and properties, and irradiating light (120) on each section of disc divided into multiple areas, and forming graphite oxide layer on the surface.
